Norfolk Earwax Nurse specialise in providing earwax removal. 

I am a Registered Nurse who is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

So that I can offer earwax removal services to you, I need to process your personal data. I will collect data from you when:
 

• You provide me with your details to arrange an appointment for earwax removal.
• You sign up to receive my newsletter.
• You interact or mention me online to make customer enquiries or statements including through social media.

• If you purchase earwax removal services from me, your credit or debit card details are not held by me and will be processed by our payment service provider, who specialise in secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. All payment details are encrypted and your details will not be shared with any third party.

I only use the information you give me to provide you with earwax removal services and to provide you with aftercare. I treat all information in strict confidence and all information you provide to me is stored on a secure electronic record system provided by Zanda.
