Deposit and Cancellation Policy
At Norfolk Earwax Nurse your appointment is very important to me.
Prior to each appointment, time and preparation is often needed so that I can give you the best possible service during your appointment. Norfolk Earwax Nurse takes your appointment as a verbal/ written contract and in turn, it is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Norfolk Earwax Nurse misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive my service.
For this reason, please be advised that Norfolk Earwax Nurse requires a deposit (as shown in Norfolk Earwax Nurse's Deposit policy) at the time of booking. I respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit.
Deposits are taken via the online booking system.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% will be required to secure an appointment for service's booked with Norfolk Earwax Nurse.
The deposit will be taken at the time of booking the appointment.
If booking by phone you will be sent an invoice with details on how to make payment.
The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give at least 24 hours notice that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel your appointment, I ask that you give as much notice as possible.
I require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice your deposit will be lost.
I know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons, however late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list loses out, or lost earnings for my small business.
